About House of Fuchsia
Our Mission
House of Fuchsia has a new mission, to not only be a house for creatives in various forms but a place for daydreamers who dare. We had a goal to have a permanent space for a Tea House in Carmel-by-the-Sea, but Connie Carey, CEO and Founder, has had to recalculate and pivot this vision due to health concerns. Connie began this journey with her heart set on a space of her own but with a diagnosis of 30% blockage in her brain, still dealing with post surgery complications from a surgery that removed an ovarian dermoid 2 years ago and still healing from PTSD, she has decided to not pursue a café/restaurant. Connie Carey will continue to collaborate with local businesses and vendors with private tea soirées as well as traveling event productions. House of Fuchsia will also be releasing an interactive local magazine Fall of 2025. The experience will be immersive just like our soirées with a touch of Fuchsia.
